Simple Grid Connectivity (SGC) Now you can use your email system to deliver rich media communications, training, video, or any file without email file size restrictions. SGC uploads your large attachment files to the Politeview SGC Cloud. The files are either pushed to your users and they are accessed directly from the email or the users can pull the files listed in the email to their PC using the SGC desktop user interface. Since the attachments are not delivered using your email system any file size can be sent without restrictions. The users view files from their PC disk instead of connecting to a central web server over the network.
SGC enables the delivery and viewing of TV quality rich media for all users without viewer buffering regardless of bandwidth or number of concurrent users and without impacting your network or adding hardware. SGC provides tracking for compliance needs. Users can view content offline with data collection that is uploaded to the system when the user reconnects to the internet. An optional desktop UI provides additional access, control and places files into categories.
SGC has multiple layers of security, example: SGC link will not work unless SGC is installed on your PC and the content was authorized and delivered to your PC.
