| No downloads are needed nor do you need programming expertise to create a show using the KP platform. KP is simple to learn and users can quickly utilize KP to create rich media shows/courses. All a producer needs is a web browser to access KP. Producers can select the existing content e.g. video, audio files, Flash, PowerPoint files, etc. that they want to use and rapidly create a show that is easily published to the World Wide Web from anyplace for viewing at anytime around the world. The assembly of a show is measured in minutes, not hours and days that traditional video solutions require. Changes can easily be made to any show. |

| Knowledge Publisher Studio – Rapid Assembly The Knowledge Publisher Studio enables rapid assembly, management and publishing of rich media eLearning and communications using existing content. A simple non-technical, web2.0-based content assembly tool is used to develop shows. The KP Studio takes existing assets such as Video, PowerPoint slides, Flash, Animation, Photos, created Chapters, Test/Poll Questions as well as URLs and uploads them to the delivery servers. This content is then easily placed along a time line by a producer enabling the synchronization of the various content files with video, audio or Flash content with simple clicks of the mouse. The show or course is then published to your secure learning channel with a single click and is ready for viewing anywhere anytime. | The Knowledge Publisher Viewer provides a compelling user experience by being able to simultaneously display a series of assets (listed below) in a common interactive interface. | The Knowledge Publisher Admin provides capabilities found in an LMS. These include email notifications, forming of groups to segment content and user (e.g. only finance can have access to finance shows), schedule shows, create profiles, create categories of shows for use with groups and sub-categories, user profiles, show library and other LMS features. |
Knowledge Publisher Live |
Same capabilities as on-demand however requires a video server and a moderator to push content such as slides out as show is presented live. The end-user merely needs an Internet connection and browser to view the live show. |
Reporting |
KP has extensive data mining capabilities for reporting. The reports can be exported in different formats including Excel. The reporting feature includes the ability to drill down on users assessment/polling results, individual compliance show use etc. |
Built-in Content Delivery Network (CDN) |
Politeview can provide a built-in Content Delivery Network (CDN) to deliver these shows to the user’s computer where they will play back as an integrated, synchronized show without any technical knowledge required on the part of the user.
